So there is this thing going on March 5-7th called Midwest Snow Fest. It's being held at Devils head resort. Me, Rob , & Laura are going to this.

Hey Everyone!

Midwest Snowfest returns again to Devils Head Resort this March 5-7! It will be a weekend filled with everything you expect from a (kôr) event. DJ's in the bar and on the hillside, live music, prizes and more!

This year kicks off on Friday night with another infamous Pre-Party with special guest DJ "Pro Snowboarder" Kody Madro. Then Satuday continues park side with music and BBQ on the deck of Smokies. A Ladies Only Lounge sponsored by RosaSnow.com. Of course (kôr) riders Matty Phresh, Max Bednarski, Push Girl, DPH and more will be tearing up the park all day. There is also the infamous Downhill Mad Dash For Cash later in the evening. Speaking of Saturday evening, Ordinary Outcast returns to rock the night away! Plus the raffle will be bigger and better than ever before with Snowboards and more to give away! Sunday is our official hangover day starting with a killer breakfast buffet in Dante's!

Room Rates for this year are $60 (that's more than half the normal price), plus there is a $78 weekend lift ticket available for unlimited riding Saturday and Sunday. This year we've also added some "Quite" rooms for those of you with families. So call [masked] to book your room, but do it soon as there are only a limited number of $60 rooms available for the weekend. Make sure to tell them if you want one of the "Quiet" rooms when you call.

Me, Tim, and Ty went there 2 weeks ago and they had a whole lot of stuff set up in the park.

WOOH... The Picnic in the Park event has totally redone the park set up in the past. (not thinking so much this year though since he moved the PIP date to the weekend after Snowfest)

Snowfest usually has some 'extra' features show up...... like the past 2 years Annie & I brought up couches & put them in the park. BTW, anybody got some old junk (light weight) couches they want to get rid of?

It's a good time though.... imagine MWWF on the snow....

Gotta ask my dad if he wants to go too. You know anyone over 65 gets to ride free at DH. He likes that.

Found out yesterday that Lyssa has a birthday party that Saturday that was actually arranged around her schedule so she could be there, so the wife and Lyssa are out. I may still go, but I might not go for the whole weekend. Mike, you have an extra seat in the car for Saturday? you staying over night that night?

Actually Yea, and I am staying over night Saturday night riding Sunday 1/2 day. But you may have to stay in Pat's butt!!

I'm pretty much in no matter what, I have been out there when it has said rain, and it was awesome conditions, and I have also been there when it was raining a crappy. Either way I am going.

I think there will be 12-14 of us at Cascade on Sunday if anyone is burned out on Devils Head. Its gonna be tough. We got back from Ut on Sunday night. We had a 9" pow day while we were there. I dont expect that on Sunday.

Snow fest was awesome!! The weather was perfect!! 40 degrees and sunny!!

It was great! Really had a good time and it was great to see everyone (even if one guy knocked off at around 10pm...).
